Clearance of consignment under CAROTAR 2020 across the country has undergone major changes after issuance of CBIC notification no. 81/2020 – Customs (NT) and circular no.38/2020 – Custom read with notification no.90/2020 – Customs (NT).

In order to facilitate the clearance of consignment under CAROTAR 2020 and to get the clarity regarding compliances and declaration to be given to the Customs, the FFFAI has arrange an interactive session with NACIN – New Delhi and Joint Secretary (Customs) – CBIC on Monday, 12^th October, 2020 between 11 am to 1 pm.
