Dear Members,

This is to convey that FFFAI will be conducting virtual online Annual General Meeting on 12^th December, 2020 from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm since the meeting at Mumbai location scheduled to be held on 27^th November, 2020 stand postponed due to travel restriction imposed by Government of Maharashtra

We are once again enclosing herewith the Annual Report 2020 which contains the following and Agenda for the 57^th Annual General Meeting:-

i)                    Minutes of the 56^th Annual General Meeting held on 27^th September, 2019 at Chennai

ii)                   Secretarial Report for the period 2019-2020

iii)                 Financial for the year ended 31^st March, 2020 along with the Auditors Report

iv)                 Honorary Treasurer Report for the period 2019-2020.
